Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen - Cat Yellow - '03-'04. A purpose-built kit to mount an S300-based turbo high on your 5.9L Cummins using a 2nd Gen style manifold (manifold sold separately).

Developed by Wehrli Custom Fabrication (WCFab), this kit positions the manifold upward for a straightforward down pipe fit—no cutting of the exhaust. The 4" shorty down pipe mates to the factory v-band front pipe, and the hot-side intercooler pipe uses a v-band at the turbo. Designed around Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed 2nd Gen manifolds. Compatible with 2003–2004 trucks that have updated to a 2004.5–2011 style front pipe. Not compatible with Banks Power intercoolers. If using non-WCFab turbo/manifold, specify brands at order; some setups may require sending parts to WCFab to verify fit. HX40-style turbine outlet required.
