Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 Single Turbo Install - Fine Texture Black - 01-04. Built for 2001–2004 Silverado 2500/3500 HD (LB7), this kit converts the stock IHI setup to a BorgWarner S300-style system.

From Wehrli Custom Fab, this kit adds a 4" fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and dry filter, 3" mandrel-bent hot/cold charge pipes, and a 3" fabricated billet high-flow Y-bridge to reduce restriction. The ceramic-coated 3" downpipe mates to the factory V-band with no cutting. A T4 pedestal fits popular S300 options (turbo sold separately). Stainless braided Parker oil feed/drain lines, driver-side trans dipstick relocation, silicone boots, T-bolt/V-band clamps, and heat wrap are included. Note: forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required; turbine outlet must be HX40 style.
