Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbocharger Kit – Wehrli S300 Single Turbo Install Kit – Sparkle Copper – 01–04. Built for the 6.6L Duramax LB7, this kit converts the factory IHI turbo setup to an S300-style system using proven, high-flow components.

Engineered by WCFab, it includes a 4" fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and dry filter, updated 3" hot/cold intercooler piping in 14-gauge aluminum, and a 3" fabricated billet y-bridge to reduce restriction. A T4 steel pedestal accepts popular S300 options (turbo sold separately), while a ceramic-coated 3" downpipe connects to the existing exhaust front-pipe V-band. HX40 outlet at the turbo is required. Forward-facing thermostat housing (WCF100405) is required for clearance. Stainless braided Parker oil feed/drain lines, clamps, and hardware are included.
