Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 - Bengal Silver - 01-04. Convert your 6.6L LB7 from the stock IHI to an S300-based single for cleaner packaging and improved airflow.

This fixed-vane install kit brings a 4 in. fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and lid, premium dry filter with pre-filter cover, and updated 3 in. hot and cold intercooler tubes from 14-ga mandrel-bent aluminum. A 3 in. fabricated high-flow billet Y-bridge replaces the restrictive factory upper manifold. The HX40-style, high-temp ceramic-coated 3 in. downpipe mates to the factory front pipe, and a T4 fabricated steel pedestal accepts popular S300 turbos (sold separately). Stainless braided oil feed and drain lines are included. LB7 installs require WCFab billet forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405. If using a non-BorgWarner turbo, verify HX40 outlet and fitment.
