Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Turbo Swap Kit — Wehrli S400 Single Turbo (Bengal Grey), 2001–2004. Built for LB7 Duramax owners swapping from the stock IHI to an S400‑style setup.

This WCFab kit upgrades airflow and durability with a 5" fabricated aluminum intake, sheet‑metal air box, premium dry filter with pre‑filter cover, 3" mandrel‑bent 14‑gauge hot and cold pipes, and a 3" fabricated high‑flow billet Y‑bridge to reduce restriction. Stainless braided Parker oil feed and drain lines route from the main oil galley. A T4 steel pedestal with spacer accepts popular S400 sizes (turbo sold separately), and the high‑temp ceramic‑coated downpipe mates to the factory V‑band front pipe to avoid exhaust cuts. Driver‑side transmission dipstick relocation is included. Note: forward‑facing thermostat housing WCF100405 required on LB7; downpipe fits Half Marmon S400 (4.6") only, not HX40. SXE/Race cover setups are build‑to‑order.
