Chevrolet Duramax Performance Air Intake by Wehrli — 4" Intake Kit + Air Box, Gun Metal, 04.5–05 LLY. A high-flow aluminum intake and air box that replace restrictive factory parts to let your LLY breathe better.

Built by Wehrli Custom Fabrication for the 2004.5–2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY, this kit increases airflow to the turbo for improved horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temps by pulling cold air from the inner fender. The 4" aluminum tube with smooth bends maintains velocity and adds a deeper engine/turbo note. Dry filter with Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter, silicone coupler, stainless T-bolt clamps, and a removable lid simplify service. Gun Metal powder coat; made in the USA.
