Chevrolet Camaro Radiator – CSF All Aluminum, High Performance (2016–2024). A direct-fit upgrade engineered to improve cooling efficiency and long-term durability.
CSF #7249 uses a 2-row 42 mm aluminum core—16% larger than the GM OE unit—and new 5 mm multi-louvered fins to expand surface area and maintain airflow. CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology improves heat transfer by approximately 15%; combined with the fin design, overall gains up to 25% are possible (per CSF). TIG-welded all-aluminum tanks, CNC-machined brackets, and OEM-style connections provide a true drop-in fit. It accepts factory shrouds, the engine oil cooler, and the front A/C condenser, and includes a 4-plate transmission cooler that can be left disconnected on manual-transmission models. Each radiator is individually leak and pressure tested and finished in satin.
