Skyjacker’s progressive 2‑stage dual rate long travel coils are engineered to deliver a comfortable flex rate for off‑road articulation and a secondary ride rate for controlled compression under load. The flex stage allows extra droop to keep the springs seated in the upper mount and maintain tire contact during full articulation, while the ride stage engages after compression past the flex point. These coils are a direct bolt‑on replacement for the front of compatible JL models, maintain compatibility with the OEM Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system, and are designed to retain proper suspension geometry for predictable handling.
