As an original equipment supplier, KYB designed the Strut-Plus assembly to help restore the handling and control characteristics your Legacy was built with. This pre-assembled unit includes the strut, coil spring and mount so ride height, steering pivot function and vehicle stability are addressed without the need to compress springs during installation. High-carbon steel coil springs are developed with vehicle attributes and corner weights in mind to help return ride height to OE specifications. Because a strut assembly affects vehicle weight distribution and can influence electronic crash-avoidance systems, using a correctly matched replacement helps maintain intended performance.
