Chevrolet Avalanche Shock Absorber - Rear - Rancho - RS9000XL - `07-`13. The Rancho RS9000XL rear shock for 2007–2013 Chevrolet Avalanche provides adjustable damping control to suit both street driving and off-road demands, built for durability and long service life.

This fourth-generation RS9000XL uses a nine-position easy-to-adjust knob to fine-tune firmness for towing, hauling or adventurous driving. The tri-tube body (up to 2.38 in., application specific) is filled with all-weather fluid to manage internal temperatures from -40 to 248°F for consistent performance in extreme conditions. Low-friction, self-lubricating seals retain gas and oil for quicker rebound and smoother compression, while nitrogen pressurization (45 or 60 PSI depending on application) helps reduce fade. Protective polyvinyl boots, a poly urethane rebound bumper and graphite-filled fluon-banded piston improve responsiveness and extend service life. Integrated bottom mounts add strength, and the dual-component 2K paint finish resists chipping for a rugged look.
