Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Air Spring Kit — Air Lift LoadLifter 7500XL Ultimate (2020–2027). This heavy-duty rear air spring system adds robust load-leveling support and ride control for towing and hauling.
Built for demanding payloads, the 7 in. double-bellows springs provide up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity (do not exceed GVWR). The integrated closed-cell urethane jounce bumper cushions impacts to help reduce squat, bottoming, and trailer sway. Pressure adjusts 5–100 PSI, and the system can run safely at zero pressure when unloaded. Roll plates protect the bellows, while ultra-strong nylon-composite end caps and 2-ply reinforcement add durability. Compatible with OE puck-style 5th-wheel and gooseneck mounts; review the manual for hitch and chassis exclusions.
