The 7 in. double‑bellows springs offer up to 7,500 lbs of load‑leveling capacity (do not exceed GVWR) and adjust from 5–100 PSI. A closed‑cell urethane jounce bumper absorbs impacts and permits safe operation at zero air pressure. 2‑ply construction, roll plates, and corrosion‑proof nylon composite end caps add durability. Compared with the 5000 series, volume increases by up to 20%.
