Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S400 - Sparkle Copper - 01-04. A purpose-built big single kit for 2001–2004 Duramax LB7 trucks to replace the stock IHI with an S400-based setup.

Developed by Wehrli Custom Fab, the kit refreshes the intake and charge path with a 5" fabricated aluminum intake, sheet-metal air box, premium dry filter with pre-filter, high-flow 3" 14-gauge hot/cold pipes, and a 3" fabricated billet y-bridge for improved airflow. Stainless braided oil lines, a T4 pedestal with spacer, and a high-temp ceramic-coated 3" downpipe that mates to the existing front pipe are included. Note: forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 required on LB7; downpipe fits S400 Half Marmon (4.6") outlets only (not HX40). Turbo sold separately; non-BorgWarner units may require advance mock-up and can affect lead time. SXE/Race cover builds are made to order.
