Jeep Cherokee Spin Free Locking Hub Conversion Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - Dana 30/Dana 44, 27 Spline, 5 X 4.5, WARN Locking Hubs - `84-`06. This front hub conversion replaces the OE unit-bearing setup with serviceable components and adds selectable locking hubs for improved driveline control.

The Yukon Spin Free kit is built for Jeep XJ, YJ and TJ front axles and swaps fragile factory unit bearings for tapered bearings and races, simplifying maintenance and lowering long‑term repair costs. The kit includes replacement wheel hubs, spindles, high‑strength Yukon 4340 chrome‑moly outer axles, premium bearings and seals, all necessary hardware, and WARN locking hubs for quick transitions between 2WD and 4WD. By removing excess rotating parts in the drivetrain this conversion can improve fuel efficiency and makes installing a mechanical locker in the front axle practical without driveline drag when driving on pavement. Note: not intended for ZJ or WJ Grand Cherokee, not ABS compatible, and will not work with OE CV joint applications. Outer axles use a Spicer 5-760X U‑joint; some early housings with 5-260X will require new inner axles. Wheel pilot must be 2.770" or larger. Increases track width approximately 3/4" per side.
