ICON’s 2.5 Series uses one-piece impact-extruded aluminum bodies for lighter weight and corrosion resistance, with vehicle-specific valving for precise control. A nitrogen-charged monotube with piggyback or remote reservoir sheds heat to limit fade, while a 6061 billet manifold forms an internal “Bump Zone” adding about 20% more damping near full compression to help resist bottoming. These coilovers are 100% rebuildable and revalveable, with optional CDCV adjusters.
