The Camburg Long Travel kit features high-performance A-Arm components. The lower arm includes uni-balls in the lower frame pivots and a uni-ball lower ball joint replacement. The upper arm pivots on urethane bushings with zerk fitting and 1.250" race uni-balls. The kit also includes heat-treated stainless steel adapters to connect the uni-ball to the spindle. The system utilizes Camburg SPEC 8" travel 2.5" reservoir coilovers by FOX or King, allowing for up to 15" travel on a 2×4 and 14" on a 4×4. The system can be upgraded with a weld-on bypass shock mount and a custom FOX or King 2.5" 3 tube bypass shock. This kit is designed for trail running, desert racing, or off-road exploration. It is recommended to have it installed by a reputable off-road shop familiar with these types of products. Fiberglass front fenders need to be installed with this suspension system. RWD models can run a coilover, bypass shock, and air bump stop, while 4WD models can run a coilover and air bump stop or coilover and bypass shock. This kit fits non-KDSS equipped models only. Shock specs include a 2.5 x 8" remote coilover, 16" x 500-600 lb coils, 23.9" extended length, 16" collapsed length, tapered/raised lower spring seat, 2" longer lower rod end, 1.25" width shock spacers, and a 90-degree res. fitting on the shock.. Given the multitude of factors such as wheel size, offset/backspacing, tire size, brand preferences, and suspension specifics, adjustments like trimming the plastic inner fenders or modifying the body mounts behind the front tires may be necessary to prevent tire rubbing..
