Engineered for APR big brake systems, these pads are a direct replacement for APR 6-piston calipers on 2015-2020 A3 Quattro. The Advanced Track compound provides strong bite, a slightly rising torque curve, and excellent modulation across 100-800 °C (212-1472 °F). A mechanical retention between the backing plate and friction material boosts shear resistance at high temps. On track, wear is low and discs remain protected. Street use is limited: you can drive to and from events, but expect squeal and increased disc wear; extended daily use is not recommended. Note: no electronic wear indicators; cars equipped will need a solution to prevent the warning light.
