With Controlled Flexion Areas® and an intelligent protection system, V3 2.0 sliders are designed to deform at targeted zones to help diffuse impact forces. The model-specific kit needs no extra parts, uses CNC precision-cut 2017-series aluminum bases with an anodized matte black finish for corrosion resistance, and features molded pucks made from a proprietary energy-absorbing material. Detailed instructions are included; Vortex recommends installation by a certified motorcycle mechanic.
