V3 2.0 uses controlled flexion areas® and an intelligent protection layout so the sliders deform in targeted zones to help preserve key components. Bases are 2017 aluminum, CNC-cut and anodized matte black for corrosion resistance. Molded pucks use a proprietary energy-absorbing material. Built for the 2001–2006 CBR600 F4i; kit includes components for assembly, and modification is required. Vortex recommends installation by a certified motorcycle mechanic; detailed instructions included.
