BMW 740i Performance Air Intake by Dinan (Carbon Fiber), 2017–2023. A precision-engineered system for the G11/G12 B58 that boosts airflow, sharpens response, and lets the turbo sing with a refined induction note.
Dinan reimagines the factory intake with a larger airbox and filter, a smooth carbon fiber tube, and a semi-open lid that reduces restriction while enhancing sound. The result is improved throttle feel, reduced turbo effort, and verified gains of up to +7 WHP and +12 lb-ft at 2500 RPM on a stock 740i. Flow is increased by 20% versus OEM, and the bulky resonator is removed for a cleaner, more direct path. For those seeking maximum sound, the system is compatible with the optional Dinan Turbo Inlet (D760-0061) when paired with the correct intake (D760-0068) and Fit Kit (D763-0100).
