Chevrolet LLY Transmission Kit - BD Diesel - Stage 4 TowMaster with Allison 1000 5-Speed (2004.5–2006, 4WD). A matched, dyno-tested transmission and torque converter package built for towing and dependable street performance.

This Stage 4 system fortifies the Allison 1000 with high energy GPZ frictions, increased clutch counts (C1 8, C2 7, C3 7, C4 7, C5 7), revised oil circuits, and new A & B trim valves to deliver full line pressure. BD’s lock-up valve boosts converter lock-up, and the Aluminum HD deep pan adds about 3.5 qt for improved thermal capacity. Each unit is dyno tested to verify operation before it ships.
