Jeep Cherokee XJ Suspension Lift Kit - Front - Rugged Ridge - HD Steering Kit with Damper - Black (1984–2001). A bolt-on, heavy-duty steering upgrade for XJs running larger tires.

Built from 1-1/4 in. OD, 1/4 in. wall true DOM steel, this system shrugs off trail impacts. HD 7/8 in. tie-rod ends use standard tapers to fit stock knuckles, giving one-ton strength with no knuckle mods. Includes drag link, tie rod, ends, and a steering damper. Best for XJs with roughly 2–4 in. of suspension lift; not advised below 2 in. or above 4 in. Not compatible with Factory Rubicon wheels, smaller OEM steel wheels, or deep backspacing.
