Ram 1500 Performance Air Intake - AIRAID MXP Air Intake System (2019–2024) is a direct-fit cold air intake for Ram 1500 V8 5.7L models. It replaces the restrictive factory assembly with a purpose-built airbox and intake tube to improve breathing and throttle response.

The MXP system features a one-piece roto-molded airbox that houses an AIRAID premium washable and reusable filter for consistent filtration and flow. Air is routed through a cross-linked, high-density polyethylene intake tube engineered with computer-modeled contours to maintain correct mass air flow readings and on-vehicle calibration. Many MXP kits include a built-in velocity stack to promote smoother airflow. Designed as a bolt-on solution, the system aims to enhance engine response while retaining proper air-to-fuel characteristics without needing immediate recalibration for most applications.
