Developed by ARB’s Old Man Emu, these heavy-load rear leaf springs are engineered for ride quality, durability, and load management. Shot peened, fully scragged, and load tested, they help resist sag and stress over time. Two-stage leaf packs maintain comfort when unladen while providing firm support under payload. Re-greasable nylon interleaf pads reduce friction, and a flat axle seat promotes a secure mount. Bolted clamps accept anti-squeak liners, the military wrap adds a safety margin, and draw-tapered, diamond-cut leaves spread stress efficiently. Pair with OME 4x4 shocks for balanced ride, handling, and load-carrying performance.
