BMW M4 Charge Air Cooler Manifold - CSF Level-Up, Raw Billet (2021-2027). A CNC-machined liquid-to-air bar-and-plate manifold for S58 M4s that boosts cooling performance and supports advanced fueling.

Co-developed with PWR and Studio RSR, it replaces the OEM crimped plastic layout with a robust billet assembly. The PWR F1-grade bar-and-plate core is pressure-tested to 120 psi, helping lower IATs and pressure drop. Integrated top-feed port injection (fuel rail and block-offs included), runner ports for meth/nitrous, and a KIYLEX thermal spacer broaden tuning and resist heat soak. Installs in the OEM location.
