DBA’s 5000 Series pairs XG-150 high-carbon cast-iron rings with T6061-T6 aluminum hats secured by NAS bolts and crimp nuts. The two-piece design trims unsprung weight, improves heat control, and helps limit heat transfer to the hub. Slotted and drilled faces promote pad bite and gas evacuation, while THGP heat paint and TSP thermal profiling provide visual temperature feedback and stability.
