DBA’s 5000 Series combines an XG-150 high-carbon cast-iron ring with a T6061-T6 aluminum hat secured by NAS bolts and crimp nuts. The XD non-directional drilled and dimpled pattern promotes cooling and gas relief, while the aluminum hat reduces unsprung mass, improves heat management, and limits heat transfer to the hub. TSP heat treatment enhances stability under repeated high-temperature stops, and THGP paint strips provide at-a-glance temperature monitoring. Rings are replaceable so you can reuse your hats. Sold individually.
