COMP’s Stage 1 LST profile targets LS 4.8/5.3L turbo applications and works well when turbine back pressure is unknown. Tailored to the 2007–2016 Cheyenne 5.3L architecture, the kit brings matched valvetrain components to pair with the cam and support reliability. Includes pushrods, dual springs, retainers, locks, spring seats, and valve seals.
