Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Ball Joints - Upper - Cognito - Alpha - '99-'18. Patented, heavy-duty upper ball joints built to replace worn units and handle demanding street and off-road driving.

The Alpha design replaces the fragile dust boot with a scraper-style seal that keeps contamination out. It's sealed and pre-greased yet serviceable through a top grease fitting feeding a compact internal cavity. Alloy-steel internals with dedicated grease paths, a carburized, surface-coated taper pin, and an oversized sphere deliver precise fit, strength, and wear resistance. High-angle articulation supports added travel, and the zinc-plated housing fights corrosion (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700).
