Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Ball Joint - Upper - Cognito - Alpha PRO - 11–25. This patented, heavy-duty upper ball joint is built for Cognito press-in style upper control arms on 2011–2025 Silverado 3500HD trucks.

The Alpha PRO replaces fragile dust boots with a scraper-type seal that resists damage while keeping contaminants out. It is pre-greased with Lithium Complex Grade 2 and includes a top-mounted grease fitting for easy periodic service. Internals are alloy steel with alloy races and dedicated grease paths—no plastic liner—to deliver consistent strength and wear resistance. A carburized, surface-coated taper pin with an oversized sphere increases contact area, and the high-angle design supports additional suspension travel. Zinc-plated housing and a replacement billet cap are included. U.S. Pat. 10,731,700.
