The Delta Joint PRO boasts a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface compared to the standard Delta Joint, alongside improved lubrication sealing. At the heart of this joint is remarkable performance, offering a full 90 degrees of articulation from one extreme to the other. This 14% improvement in the range of motion allows for maximum bind-free suspension movement throughout the complete travel range. The Delta Joint PRO is built to endure abuse, featuring a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The races are made from graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the highest tolerances for a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface. Additionally, the redesigned lubrication system features channels that distribute grease more efficiently, without extending beyond the bearing seal.
