ICON’s VS 2.0 HD for the Silverado 3500 HD uses hard-anodized 6061 aluminum bodies with increased wall thickness and taller DU bearings, boosting pull-apart and side-load strength over standard ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series. An internal nitrogen reservoir maintains consistent damping. Press-in bonded rubber upper bushing/bar pin gives factory-like fitment and vibration isolation, and the forged aluminum lower mounting clevis adds long-term strength.
