This product is custom-made to order in Italy by the manufacturer and will be shipped directly from their facility to your designated location. The purchase price includes only the cost of the item and associated shipping fees. MADNESS Autoworks does not collect or prepay any taxes, duties, or tariffs applicable to this product.

Please be advised that, due to ongoing changes in U.S. Government-imposed tariffs and international trade regulations, you may be assessed additional import duties, taxes, or tariffs by U.S. Customs Service upon the item’s arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are beyond our control. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying these fees to the shipping carrier before the item can be released. These additional costs will increase the total expense of your purchase.

Failure to pay the required tariffs or taxes when billed may result in the item being deemed abandoned by U.S. Customs Service or the shipping carrier. In such cases, the item may be returned to the sender or disposed of, and you will be responsible for any associated charges. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
