Audi RS5 Fuel Pump – APR High Pressure Fuel Pump (2018–2024). Purpose-built for the 2.9T EA839, this replacement HPFP increases available fuel volume for calibrated setups.
By enlarging the internal bore, the APR pump raises displacement, not rail pressure, helping the RS5 hold target pressure under load, ethanol blends, or higher airflow. Internals are heat-treated stainless with a DLC-coated piston; tolerances are held to .00004"/.00005". Each unit uses genuine Hitachi components, includes a matched spring, and is assembled and tested in-house. Compatible ECU software is required. On the B9 2.9T, APR has reported +37 AWHP/+50 AWFT-LB when moving from Stage 1 (E85) to Stage 1+ with this pump.
