This true 4 in. cast-aluminum turbo inlet replaces the restrictive OEM plastic mouthpiece on 2019-2024 Medium Duty 5500 trucks. A smooth transition and anti-surge face seat in the compressor cover for better airflow and drivability. CNC machined, Bengal Silver powder coated, and fitted with a billet #10 ORB PCV port, it’s a rugged bolt-on that needs no tuning. Compatible with OEM and aftermarket cold air intakes and OEM-style drop-in turbos.
