Designed for the 6.6L Duramax L5D in 2019–2024 GM Medium Duty 4500/5500/6500 trucks, this intake horn replaces the restrictive OEM plastic piece with a robust cast unit featuring a smooth transition and strategically designed anti-surge face that properly engages the compressor cover. An O-ringed turbo face, #10 ORB billet PCV barb, and included hardware make for a clean, bolt-on install. Works with OEM and aftermarket cold air intake systems and supports stock and drop-in turbos. Finished in durable Cat Yellow powder coat. Made in the USA.
