Chevrolet Duramax Oil Pan – Wehrli High Capacity Cast Aluminum, WCFab X PPE, Bengal Blue (2001–2010). A flat-bottom, high-capacity replacement for the stock steel pan that drains fully and suits hard-use Duramax builds.

Cast from A356.0-T6 aluminum, this pan adds about one extra quart to help keep oil cooler, reduce high-RPM oil starvation, and extend oil life between changes. The stock pan’s valley sits below the drain and can trap over half a quart of used oil; the flat-bottom design fixes that while the unshrouded pickup supports stable pressure. Includes fasteners, an NPT plug, and a billet stainless drain plug with a strong neodymium magnet. A 1/8 in NPT port eases sensor installs, and the thick wall allows drill-and-tap for turbo oil returns.
