Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Thermostat Housing Kit - Wehrli - Billet Aluminum - Fine Texture Black - 01-05. Purpose-built for 2001–2005 Duramax LB7/LLY trucks, this kit replaces the factory upper radiator hose and coolant return pipe with a clean, durable billet solution.

The CNC-machined upper thermostat housing and matched upper coolant pipe re-route flow upward and forward from the thermostat, opening up access to driver-side fuel system components and creating space for larger aftermarket turbochargers. It’s compatible with Single and Dual CP3 pump setups and factory VGT turbos, and is required when running race-cover or SXE turbos in the valley. The Fine Texture Black powder coat delivers a rugged, OE-like finish. Kit includes coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps. Replaces GM part numbers 15792832 and 15198345. Made in the USA.
