GMC Sierra Transfer Case Brace - Wehrli - Chevy Orange - 01-07. This bolt-on brace strengthens the drivetrain on 2001-2007 Duramax-equipped trucks and helps reduce transfer case and transmission flex under hard use.

Developed and tested for high-horsepower Duramax applications, this fabricated tubular-steel support ties the rear housing of the Allison transmission to the transfer case. By spreading load across the transmission center section, it reinforces the tail-housing area and helps guard against cracked housings, fluid leaks, and costly damage linked to driveline vibrations from issues like a damaged U-joint or driveshaft. Finished in Chevy Orange single-stage powder coat, it installs with basic hand tools, requires no removal of the transmission or transfer case, and reuses existing OEM fasteners. Fits 2001-2007 GMC Sierra/Silverado HD with LB7/LLY/LBZ Duramax and Allison transmission.
