GMC Sierra 2500HD Transfer Case Brace by Wehrli – Illusion Purple (’07.5–’10). A durable, custom single stage powder-coated brace engineered to strengthen the Allison transmission to transfer case connection on Duramax LMM trucks.

Developed for demanding Duramax use, this tubular-steel brace links the Allison rear housing to the transfer case and spreads load into the transmission center section. It reduces driveline flex in off-road, pulling, and drag scenarios, helping prevent tail-housing cracks, leaks, and repair costs from vibration due to a damaged U-joint or driveshaft. Installs with basic tools, reuses OEM fasteners, and requires no removal of the transmission or transfer case.
