Ford F-150 Coilover Suspension Kit - Rear - Ridetech - HQ - 2015–2026. A rear coilover package for F-150s running a Ridetech 4-Link, built for crisp response and user-tunable damping.

The kit includes a matched pair of HQ shocks with rebound adjusters, performance coil springs, spring mounts, and Delrin spring washers. HQ valving lets you fine-tune rebound to your build, while the Delrin interfaces promote smooth, consistent spring action. It’s a straightforward, integrated way to upgrade rear suspension control without piecing components together.
