FORM Lighting Sequential LED Projector Headlights for Ram 2500 (2009–2018), Black. A direct, plug-and-play pair that delivers crisp LED performance and a purposeful, blacked-out finish.

Each OE-grade housing uses two dual-beam projectors for crisp low and high beams with a sharp cutoff. The LED running light adds a startup sweep, and the lower amber section delivers a distinctive sequential turn signal. For halogen or OEM LED trucks, adapters are included, plus a fusebox harness for non-DRL models. Built to fit properly and meet SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS when aimed with the screw adjusters.
