Ram 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Towmaster - `19-`24. This Towmaster AS69RC transmission and OE-style ProForce torque converter package fits 2019–2024 Ram 5500 6.7L (2WD, RH PTO), built for dependable pulling and tuned work trucks while preserving crisp, reliable shifts.
BD addresses known AS69RC pain points with a nitride-coated billet K2 hub to combat spline wear and a billet K3 drum for added rigidity and clutch capacity. Friction counts are increased in K2, K3, and B1 for higher torque holding, and BD’s friction selection helps maintain smooth shift quality. The BD Deep Sump Pan adds 3.5 qt for improved cooling and fluid life, while leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with durable nitrile. Calibrated line pressure, billet apply pistons, and a new sprag round out a robust, service-ready package.
