BD-Built Stock Reman injectors are assembled using OE procedures and validated to deliver factory-spec performance. Each unit is fully calibrated and tested on a Bosch 815 test bench across more than eight operating conditions. Every injector receives a new Bosch nozzle and control valve, and is assembled by Bosch-trained technicians for consistent, repeatable fuel delivery and durability—ideal for restoring proper operation on work-ready Cab & Chassis applications.
