BMW M3 Brake Rotor (1) - Rear - DBA - 4000 Series HD - `08-`13. A direct-fit rear replacement rotor designed for E90/E92/E93 M3 models, combining DBA's high-carbon metallurgy with an OE-style smooth finish for drivers who want race-capable materials without a drilled or slotted appearance.
This 4000 Series HD rotor is cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoes DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to resist thermal cracking and maintain performance under repeated heavy braking. It uses DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation with 144 diamond and teardrop-patterned pillars to increase surface area and cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs. The HD variant delivers the cooling and stability benefits of the 4000 Series while keeping a plain, OE-style disc face suitable for controlled race divisions or street use. Rotors come with THGP thermo-graphic paint markings and moisture-proof corrosion protection packaging for long-term storage.
