BMW 528i Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 4000 Series Slotted - `11-`17 is a direct replacement front rotor for 2011–2017 BMW 528i (excludes vehicles equipped with the High Speed Braking System). This DBA 4000 Series T3 slotted rotor is engineered for drivers who want consistent, responsive braking without changing pad geometry.

The 4000 Series T3 rotor combines DBA's CNC-machined tri-symmetrical slot pattern with proven materials and ventilation to manage heat, dust and gases produced under heavy braking. Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and processed with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), these rotors are designed to resist thermal distortion and maintain pad contact under repeated use. DBA’s Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 diamond and teardrop pillars to increase surface area and cooling versus straight vane designs, helping reduce operating temperatures during spirited driving or track days. Each rotor is marked with Thermo-graphic paint (THGP) and shipped in moisture-proof corrosion protection packaging for direct-fit installation.
