Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 4000 Series T3 Slotted - 2003–2006. A direct-replacement performance front rotor engineered by DBA to improve pad bite consistency and cooling for enthusiasts upgrading their braking system.

Built from DBA’s XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and processed with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this 4000 Series T3 rotor uses CNC-machined tri-symmetrical slots to reduce noise, improve pedal feel and provide additional exit paths for pad dust and gases. The universal T3 slot pattern removes the need for left/right-specific rotors, simplifying installation. Kangaroo Paw ventilation with 144 diamond and teardrop pillars increases surface area and cooling efficiency versus traditional straight vane castings, helping the rotor manage heat during aggressive street, track day or light utility use. Rotors arrive with thermo-graphic paint markings (THGP) and moisture-proof corrosion protection packaging for shelf and fitment reliability.
