Volkswagen GTI Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 4000 Series Drilled Wavy - `15-`21 is a direct-fit front rotor for 2015–2021 GTI models with the Performance Package. It pairs DBA’s Wave milling with the 4000 Series XD drilled finish for a lighter, performance-focused replacement rotor.

This rotor is cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoes DBA’s Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to manage heat and stress under repeated braking. The Wave design reduces weight versus traditional circular rotors, while the XD non-directional cross-drilled and dimpled pattern adds cooling capacity and a sportier look. DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars to increase surface area and improve cooling efficiency compared to straight vane designs. The rotor is packaged moisture-proof for corrosion protection and is intended as a direct replacement for the specified GTI front application.
