The RP-X compound offers a stable 0.55 μ friction level up to and beyond 850°C, supporting repeatable performance through long stints. Stainless steel back plates resist heat deformation, and the Nucap NRS hook pad retention securely bonds the friction material under extreme loads. Expect precise modulation and firmer pedal feel versus RP-1, while remaining kind to discs/rotors.
