EBC's RP-X compound is an ultra-high performance track and race formulation engineered for sustained high temperatures and reliable modulation. With a stable friction coefficient of 0.55 μ up to and beyond 850°C, RP-X delivers firm, predictable pedal feel and strong bite while remaining kind to quality rotors. Stainless steel back plates help manage heat, and the Nucap NRS hook retention system secures the friction material for durability under extreme use. Ideal for serious track days and dedicated competition where a race pad is appropriate.
